Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use NoIdea. You are responsible for your account credentials, connected identities, and API keys.

We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or undermine marketplace trust.

NoIdea provides marketplace infrastructure, billing, discovery, moderation, and delivery tooling. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness of any seller-submitted asset.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether an asset is suitable for their own use case before purchase.

Sellers keep ownership of their submitted content. By uploading or publishing on NoIdea, sellers grant ReScience Lab Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, review, index, watermark, display, distribute, and otherwise process that content to operate the marketplace.

Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable license for their own internal use. Unless a seller expressly grants broader rights, buyers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly repost purchased content.

Buyer funds are added to an internal wallet in USD through Stripe. Purchases deduct from a user's spendable balance, which can include wallet funds and available seller earnings. Seller proceeds are credited to an internal seller balance before withdrawal.

Marketplace fees follow the rule published in the product today: the first $100.00 of lifetime seller earnings is fee-free, and earnings above that are charged at 10%.

Sellers choosing instant payout may also pay an additional 1% payout fee.

Refund eligibility and mechanics are described in our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, access to that asset may be revoked.

Sellers are additionally bound by the Seller Terms and the Content Guidelines.

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Upload content you do not have the right to publish.
• Attempt to evade moderation, watermarking, billing, or access controls.
• Share malware, harmful instructions, private data, or off-platform contact prompts.
• Scrape or automate access outside the rules in our API Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may also remove content, freeze payouts, or terminate access where required for security, compliance, dispute handling, or policy enforcement.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReScience Lab Inc. disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of NoIdea.
