Seller Terms

Seller access is invite-gated or granted through manual approval. You must maintain a valid NoIdea account, complete required profile steps, and satisfy any identity or payout onboarding steps we require.

Every submission must comply with the Content Guidelines. In particular, sellers must upload original, non-obvious knowledge that is not freely available on the public internet and must not include contact information or off-platform redirection.

We may score, review, queue, reject, unpublish, watermark, or otherwise process seller content. Moderation may be automated, manual, or both. Repeated policy violations can affect visibility, verification, invite privileges, or payout access.

Sellers choose listing prices, but NoIdea may display automated pricing guidance. Net seller earnings are determined by the fee rules described in the Terms of Service and reflected in product billing.

Before the first withdrawal, new sellers must wait at least 14 days, earn at least $20.00 in lifetime seller earnings, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Each withdrawal must be at least $20.00.

When a buyer receives a valid refund, the seller balance is debited by the earnings previously credited for that purchase. If a seller has already withdrawn funds, that debit may result in a negative balance that must be offset by future earnings or other platform action.

Seller promotion and invite privileges are based on marketplace performance. The current product rule for Pro promotion is at least 3 approved assets, 5 sales, $100.00 in lifetime earnings, refund rate below 10%, and 30 days as a seller.
