Refund Policy

NoIdea uses spendable-balance purchases. This policy explains when refunds are allowed and how they are processed.
1. Refund window
Buyers may request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase.
2. Refund destination
Refunds are credited back to the buyer's NoIdea wallet. They are not automatically returned to the original Stripe card or payment method. If the purchase used available seller earnings, that portion is restored to the buyer's seller earnings balance.
3. Approval and access effects
Eligible refunds are processed automatically by the product. Once a purchase is refunded, access to that asset may be revoked and the transaction will be marked as refunded in account history.
4. Seller balance effects
A refund debits the seller by the amount of seller earnings originally credited for that purchase. That balance adjustment can make a seller account temporarily negative.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds cannot be requested twice for the same purchase.
- Refunds requested after the refund window expires are rejected.
- We may deny or limit refunds where abuse, fraud, or policy evasion is detected.
