NoIdea is a two-sided marketplace for practical knowledge assets. Pricing depends on the asset a buyer chooses and the seller fee model active for seller earnings.

## Buyer model

- Buyers browse public previews and buy individual knowledge assets.
- Asset prices are set per listing and displayed before purchase.
- Purchases use NoIdea balance. Buyers can add money through Stripe Checkout when a balance top-up is needed.
- Purchased assets are saved to the buyer's Purchases area.
- Refund policy details are governed by the current NoIdea legal policies.

## Seller fee model

- The first $100 of a seller's lifetime earnings is fee-free.
- After the first $100, NoIdea charges a flat 10% platform fee on seller earnings.
- Amounts are tracked internally in cents.

## Instant payout fee

- Sellers may have access to instant payouts only when their seller tier and Stripe Connect account state allow it.
- If instant payout is active, an additional 1% instant payout fee may apply.
- Standard payout timing and eligibility are subject to Stripe Connect account status and NoIdea seller rules.

## API and CLI access

- NoIdea supports web, CLI, and HTTP API surfaces.
- API and CLI workflows authenticate with the X-NoIdea-API-Key header.

- API access does not turn paid asset content into public content; access and purchase rules still apply.

- NoIdea does not guarantee seller approval, marketplace purchases, seller earnings, buyer outcomes, or instant payout eligibility.
