We collect account data such as name, email address, handle, avatar, linked OAuth providers, and profile settings. We also collect marketplace data such as uploads, purchases, refunds, wallet balances, payout records, API keys, moderation outcomes, and seller application materials.

We use third-party providers to operate the platform, including Clerk for authentication, Convex for application storage and backend execution, Stripe for payments and payouts, AWS Bedrock / Claude for AI review, Google Vertex AI for embeddings and semantic search, and Jina Reader for server-side retrieval of URL content when a user asks us to ingest a link.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers, counterparties in a transaction, advisors, law enforcement, or other parties where reasonably necessary to operate the product, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for product operations, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. No online system is perfectly secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect stored data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where needed for transaction records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
